Great massage! Christy did a fantastic job! Super lovely reception staff too and very calming atmosphere. Loved the heated chair too! I was just a bit disappointed that it is called 60 minute massage when in reality it is just 50 minutes as the rest of the time is allocated for the pre briefing etc. I think it should be called 50 minute massage then;-)

I have had a wonderful experience at this location several times! It's super clean, they follow Covid procedures, and that's relaxing with in it self these days. The staff is polite and friendly! Michael was phenomenal! It was an hour and a half of pure stress relief! Thank you all so much for being on point!!! Great job

I’ve been a Massage Heights member since 2015. Always have a great massage experience every time I go for the monthly massage. Yolanda is one of the best massage therapists. Thank you for helping me feel so good and relieve stress!

I was outside for about 25 minutes in the chilly afternoon weather waiting to go inside the store to buy some sage. I was really impressed that the store took the Coronavirus so seriously. They also gave you the option to make an appointment so you could minimize your wait outside. Those were the good aspects. Other than that I must say that the sage as well as the crystals were very overpriced. The sage and crystals were very high quality though. The thing that offended me was the staff. This short white woman came outside and deliberately ignored me even though I was sitting in front of her and gestured to the women standing in line that they can enter the store to shop. The store employee made an effort to make me feel unwelcome and feel it was a racial and sexist microaggresive personal insult meant to upset me and encourage me to go elsewhere. I had dreads and a full red sweatsuit outfit on. When I entered the store not one employee asked me if I needed assistance at any time but approached and dealt with other customers. I will be going back to Magick Cauldron when I need my metaphysical products. At least they have a better selection at way better prices. They also have an air of disrespect at Magick Cauldron but at least they have good quality products , an extensive collection and relatively good pricing. I was going to spend a nice amount at B.M.S. but the staff especially the short white lady that was the greeter last Thursday afternoon turned me off and I spent about $22. I WILL NOT be returning. The whole staff was rude in general.
