I have a very demanding desk job that requires me to spend 10-12 hours at a computer. I also do high intensity interval workouts 3x per week and indoor / outdoor bike riding 3x per week. Needless to say with the idle hours in front of a computer and active lifestyle my body has its fair share of aches & pains. Each session requires different attention however TQ combines a mixture of massage & stretch therapy along with cupping and the pressure relief is immediate. Recovery and body restoration is important to me & TQ provides the attention and care that my body needs to continuously perform at its best.
