These are the absolute BEST tags. They never wear out. Now, if they could come up with a way to keep them on my pets, that’s another story! The best success I’ve had is with putting the Pet Fair tag on a smoke grenade pull-pin o-ring. Those things have been sturdy enough to handle even the roughest treatment, if you have access to them.

This pet store is wonderful. Filled with adorable animals. A fun place to visit while shopping in the mall. The store is clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. The prices for pets are reasonable. I continue to visit to find the right puppy I will add to our family.

We purchased a lion head bunny here December 22, 2020. The bunny died suddenly 10 days later. We have another bunny and we are experienced owners. We weren’t told we had to purchase a 14 day Health guarantee. All we were told is that there is a 14 day health guarantee and we assumed it was included. I contacted the store and the manager told me they will not refund the purchase but will give us a replacement bunny as long as I bring in the dead bunny in the original box she was in when we brought her home from the store. Totally insane! Not to mention, this was later in the evening on Sunday so we would need to keep the dead bunny until we were able to get to the store to get a replacement.nnI wouldn’t advise anyone to purchase a bunny here. Why wouldn’t a health guarantee be included in purchase? To say someone has to purchase the guarantee is insane. And bring in the dead bunny for a replacement? This is wrong on so many levels.

I've used Pet Fair Pet ID tags for years for each of my dogs.nThey are excellent quality and longasting.nnThe website is easy to use and shipping is practically instant. You get your pet's ID tag extremely fast and feel comfortable they are protected with your identification.

I got my beautiful mini golden doodle from this store and I’m incredibly pleased! My puppy is so friendly and I honestly think it’s because she was exposed to other dogs and socialized at such a young age (or maybe I’m just lucky). I know puppy stores have a bad reputation, but they’re so convenient and I’m happy I got my baby from here.
