This Valet service lost my wife's keys. We had to tow the vehicle back to our hometown dealership to have a new key FOB made. They were nice about the problem, but left it up to us how to figure out how to get the vehicle home. They have said they will pay for any costs incurred...we will see... update when I find out. What if I didn't have the money to tow my car home??

This has the be the most horrible valet company to park your vehicle with. I visited Cheesecake Factory in Sugar Land and had my Rolls Royce parked with valet. I went through the text procedure to have my car ready after dinner. The valet driver handed me my keys at the valet booth but never escorted me to my vehicle. To make a long story short I was hurried because another driver nearly hit my vehicle trying to move another customers vehicle. When I got home I realized my drivers seat was damaged. I contacted the phone number for Ameripark and let my contact info for a call back. I received a call from Sergio a few days later and he submitted my claim for review. Well today I received an email response from Monique Davis stating the claim is being denied because they can’t prove it was done. Before coming to the restaurant my vehicle was taken to the car wash where I inspected it for perfection. I know for sure the damage was done by a valet driver. I almost feel like it was an incident they tried to cover up because he never walked me to my car or anything. Don’t ever park your car with them and if you do make sure to inspect it before leaving the premises otherwise your claim will be denied. They have done it to another claimant as well because I read it on the reviews.

We were having dinner at Flemming’s, It was getting late and valet was closing. I was prompted to retrieve my keys from the booth. I payed from the text and went to get my keys. A little while later I went to get my truck (parked in furtherest spot from the restaurant) and found that it was unlocked and the door partially open with the interior lights on.nThis is not safe or responsible!nWhen I went to confront the valet about the issue, he just said “what” and then just ignored the conversation.nIs there a way to audit this process? Is there a way to hold the valet responsible for this irresponsible action?
