Very Nice Shopping Experience
They lost my keys, and it took them over an hour to find them. For my hour of waiting, they gave me two free passes for future valet parking. The valet attendant took my contact info and stated that I would be receiving something extra. I never heard from them again.
I wish I could give this place a zero.nHad horrible experience with valet. He was rude to me after I addressed him as Sir attempting to show some respect. When I brought it to his attention that he was rude, he rolled his eyes and said he wasn’t rude. Then he proceeded to tell me that he was a manger. If that’s the best they have, shame on them. Come to Woodlands only for the holidays and I’ll park my car for free happily. One less car for them means less tips too. Some people just don’t get it. Dumb
It was $15 each car plus tip to have lunch at Cheesecake Factory. The garage was full.nPricy for an hour and half. Also we didn’t know about the cost until we went to pick up the car.nIn our home state we have valet parking here and there but it is complimentary.
I've never been so livid after their valet stole items out of our glove box. There is NO reason anyone should be going through our glove box. People like Ray are the scum of the earth
