When I ever find myself in a position where I need to call a locksmith I am usually in a frustrated, stressful state of mind and I have bad experiences with locksmiths in the past. Last week I found myself in this position once again and this time was different. The gentleman from Itsunlocked was immediately responsive to my situation and actually had me laughing over the phone and was able to ease my mind within the first few minutes on the phone. He was there earlier than I expected him to be and had me back in to my home in less than 10 minutes. I even offered to pay him a tip for being so professional but he humbly declined and said he was happy to help. Not all locksmiths are scam artists like I thought. Highly recommended!
I usually loathe dealing with locksmiths especially when it's me that accidentally locked the keys in the car, they take forever, charge outrageously from the actual work they do and they all have a cnertain attitude about them. Well that didn't happen this round. Greg from it's unlocked was like an actual considerate human being. Nice, considerate , and professional I couldn't have found a better man for the job. Needless to say he's about to change the locks to my whole house now, (getti'n an upgrade) soon such a relief I found him when I did. Thank you sir and thank you for your expertise.
Locked my keys in my car before I left for work. They came in a great amount and time and didn’t take long at all to get my keys out. Still made it on time to work
