I have used them before and they are a good service. This particular night there was not a technician available for my service area. They were quick to inform me that they weren't available. I appreciate their communication.
They were great. The guy who came out, Brian was quick and professional. And he kept ne updated by call and text of when he would be there.
Called to get a price on a new key fob for my wife's vehicle. They were pleasant and took my information saying they would have the locksmith call me back with pricing. They called back five minutes later and said they didn't have a locksmith in the area at this time. Apparently this is just a shell where they subcontract out work to whoever will take it. Lesson learned. I'll find a local company to deal with.
They were great about communicating an estimated time frame from office and the technician called shortly after to let me know what his actual timeline would be. Excellent service and fair pricing. I will continue to use them.
If I could give them less than one star I would. I had to call them multiple times to see where they were and they finally informed me they wouldn't be coming at all and I needed to call somebody else. It was around an hour and 45 minutes at this point.
