Everything in this store is over priced compared to other CVS.

Today I walked in and bought two waters using my cvs card. While at self checkout, two of the machines were down so, I had to use the literal one that was functioning. While using and paying debit, I was declined because I put my pin in wrong, which prompted an employee named Mari or something very close to that, an older woman with an accent, came over and was very rude and condescending about the situation, I don’t know if it’s because she thought I was trying to take the items or if it’s because she decided to treat me different because I’m POC in a heavily Caucasian neighborhood. I was so uncomfortable, I asked her to walk away from me once she restarted my order and Regardless, this was an extremely obnoxious interaction while buying all of two bottles of water... Do better CVS

this store is pretty well laid out and easier to walk and in and find things unlike most others, it's not the biggest store but it does have it's items in the 7-9 aisles of long rows they have set up which travel the whole corridor of the store. has more than enough self check outs and if you are looking for cologne / fragrances they have a BIG selection right as you walk in, staff is plentiful and friendly a bit down from South Station /Downtown but luckily the Silver Line is right across the street ( Courthouse Station) and is just a short 5 minute ride. it's close to pretty much everything in the Seaport so if you find yourself in this area this CVS will do you plenty good enough. it has many items.

Kayla and Julia were absolutely amazing after I had went through a prescription nightmare. They even called ahead to make sure everything was taken care of. Julia helped me to change locations and Kayla stepped up and called the new pharmacy to make sure everything was ready before I even arrive. 5 STARS!
