I have one word to describe the Willies experience.... Phenomenal!! The customer service makes you want to come back, everyone from the front desk to the wait staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. On top of all our dishes we ordered being amazing !! BREAD PUDDING IS A MUST, you will NOT be disappointed. Overall amazing family atmosphere and a great culture of fun for anybody and everybody. I will definitely be returning there soon! :)
Decided to give Willies a try for the first time, and was pleasantly surprised by the food and the level of cleanliness. I watched the staff disinfect tables in-between each group, which is calming during the pandemic. Our server, Jose, informed my husband and myself that our appetizer was on the house, since it was our first time! Great customer service, and you cannot beat a $3 margarita!
Has the shrimp tacos. Meh. Average.
Nice atmosphere and the food wasn’t bad. It was odd to stand in line to order, then be served by a server for the rest of the meal, but I can see how that probably benefits the restaurant and the servers. Brownie dessert was pretty good. Don’t think I’d recommend.
I had an amazing experience at Willies and my waitress Katie Rowe made me feel welcomed and her smile was warm and inviting! Best service I have ever had I recommend if you can to go to This place and eat with Katie! You won’t regret it! :)
