This is the first location I've ever been to that doesn't have pool tables or bowling alleys which work out great for the kiddos because they have plenty of video games.nnEdited to reply to question below:nTo receive five stars we would had to had a better experience with our bartender's server. She had short black hair. Date 03/18/2021. She seemed very annoyed with us and not friendly. We were a group of four adults at a table next to the bar. We waited 10 to 15 minutes and didn't have a weight s staff person stop by the table so I order from the bar. At one point we put birthday plates and some glasses on the bar to clean off our table That was stacking up with empty. Everyone at our table noticed how angry she looked that we did. That's when we started commenting on she's in a service industry to make the customer feel good. Better service would have pushed it to five stars. Our waiter was very nice but seemed in the weeds but eventually got very attentive with us.

We had so much fun! They had a lot of sanitation spots and most of the employees had masks on, but a lot of guests were not wearing masks at all. But nonetheless, we had a blast. It was nice to finally get out of the house and forget about stuff for a little while!!

I love coming to Dave & Buster's. Ever since the Shenandoah location opened I don't even think of going to the other location. The food is always great tasting and the prices are fair. The bartenders could use some more training on customer service. Not all of them. One male in particular. Anywho, the Richmond location was my go to, but since they've shut down this one is the place to go. Not like I-10 where everything and everybody is touching each other. They don't have a bowling alley though or pool hall. Still 5 stars for the games and service that I have received. Tuesdays aren't very busy in the 4-8 time slot.

THANK YOU SO MUCH! When my boyfriend and son were leaving yesterday, my toddler dropped his security blanket outside in front of Dave and Buster's unknowingly, didn't realize the blanket was gone till arriving back home.. I called immediately and I cannot say thank you enough to the employee that searched for my son's bear blanket... You really are so kind and I am grateful. Security blankets are so important for toddlers and especially my 2 year old. Thank you! Amazing customer service!

The ticket earning games are plentiful but it it wouldn't hurt them to drop in some arcade style games that are actually fun. Ticket earning games lean more on chance and get boring fast.nnThey do have some arcade games.example Mario kart, great game.
