I am giving Four Stars for this Dr. because I was not impressed with the 2 1/2 hour wait time to get in to the patient room. I had to wait 2 hours in wait room. another 30 minutes to be seen in patient room. Took at least 10 minutes for visit and another 10-15 for what was done for my knees. I spent half a day there. This Dr. is very Nice and Kind and very thorough but very hard to get a good appointment with less wait time because he is Excellent.

Dr.Chimenti is wonderful! He took time and educated me. He also was friendly yet professional! The insurance lady Bobbie was wonderful and gave me time to sort out my insurance issue without pushing me out the door and telling me to reschedule. The front desk though, needs a little help. My understanding is that this is a new group coming in to help the doctors run the front. Hopefully, they will get their act together. The rest of the staff was amazing.

Although, there was some confusion with my paperwork, my experience with Dr. Chimenti made up for it. I am extremely glad that I decided on coming to see him because he was very knowledgeable and set my mind at ease with my problem. He gave me all my options and his suggestions on what I should do. I feel comfortable with my decision to see him.

Dr Chimenti is an awesome guy, but the day belonged to Mike the PA! He was super encouraging, re: knee replacement surgery next January. See y'all again soon!!!

Great first visit. The distancing precautions were great, I got my initial X-ray quickly. In to exam room with a little wait, but Dr Chimenti was very thorough explaining my pain issue and answered all my questions. Not rushed at all. Injection was quick and is already helping. Discussion of appropriate exercise in my case was very encouraging! I’m very happy with the whole experience with the Dr and the clinical setting.
