This was my first time there. The Dr and staff were very nice. My only complaint was that I waited an hour in the exam room for the Dr. and had to go ask someone when he would get to me. The nurse explained there was an emergency that morning and they were running behind. I 100% understand that. While, there are signs posted that mention this possibility, I would just suggest a verbal confirmation if there is going to be a significant wait. This lets patients know what to expect and allows them to plan accordingly if they have other commitments.

Dr Piefer is a great man and listens to what I have to say. He does what he can to help with all of my pain I've had. That is why I tell everyone about him and always gives his business card to anyone that is having hip surgery to at least go to him first. I have given his number to people I don't even know. We need more Dr's like him. His staff is also a blessing. Love them all.

Dr. Piefer has been amazing with my 7 year old daughter who broke her arm/elbow area 3 weeks ago. He is incredibly kind. Great with children and he really explained what had happened and what we need to do to get it fixed and how to proceed to not reinjure. Answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease about her injury. He clearly explained everything to not only the hurt child but the worried parent. I could not be any happier!

Dr. Piefer listened to my concerns, and provided the best care plan for me. I will recommend him to others.

Dr. Piefer is absolutely incredible. Humble and treated my son with wonderful care explaining every step of what he was doing before he did it. Fit us in having never seen him before. Cannot recommend him enough!
