Not very good with insurance claims. Beware of promises not kept. Wrote down names, ask questions, be very pro active. Office staff not very knowledgeable. Told us insurance approved something then we had to pay for it putt of pocket. Actual radiology technicians are good. No sign of any control of office staff. Poor management.

My experience was great!! The MRI tech Marshon (spelling?) Was soooooo nice and talked me thru everything which really eased my anxiety. The ladies at the front were nice also.

What an easy process. I will forever be thankful that Radiology Assist exists for people who need low cost imaging procedures done.nSpecial shout out to Miss Lucy, the Rad Tech. She was so sweet and knowledgeable and I am very appreciative for having my xrays to look at.nThe girls in the front were friendly and fast as well.nHopefully I wont have to come here again, but if I do, I know I'm in great hands.nThank you, Spring Imaging!

Terrible -They lost my X-ray and never sent it to my doctor. It was supposed to be there in 24 hours. My apt was one week later, still not there. Took an hour and an half longer wait than I was told even though I emailed all insurance, ID, and paperwork in advance. When I got back to the xray tech she said she had been waiting and the front desk must of forgotten about me.

If I was able to give a negative star rating I would. I was called so many times to schedule and reschedule and to pushed back my time because I was told they had many early morning appointments and didn't want me to have to wait to long. My appt. was pushed back by the office staff to 12:45. At this point I have already been waiting over an hour because of miscommunication and confusion on they're part. I have a severe spinal injury where I need 3 mri's from this location and I am still here waiting and nothing seems to be progressing. Everyone blames everything on Covid-19 the rating is already low at this location I would definitely not refer anyone to come here the location to where I attend physical therapy sent me here but never again
