Communication here isn't great, the place can be a mad house depending on when you go and Doctor doesn't make eye contact with you when talking but other than that they did a good job with my Dobermans ears since they're healing nice and standing ok. I recommend asking for Paula since she's nice, will answer your questions and will take the time when explaining stuff!

I really liked my experience there. It is very hectic but you’ll be in and out quick. Very happy with my baby girls ears they look amazing.

We were referred here by a resident of mine who recently got his dogs ears cut here. I was worried at first based on the reviews but I am so glad we came. Our Puppy looks AMAZING. I'm not really sure why everyone is complaining. It seems to me after reading the comments and even being at the clinic that most of this is owners error by not following instructions. They give you pretty clear and easy to follow instructions and even tell you that if you cannot do all the things they tell you not to come here. We stayed with our puppy 24/7, took her in every 3 days for cleaning and bandage change, and any time we had a question we got a fast response from staff. I would defiantly recommend bringing your dog here if you know how to follow basic instructions. I added photos of our journey from beginning to end.

AMAZING!!! Can’t put into words how amazing this office is. I took my Dachshund in for teeth cleaning and extractions. Dr.Revere Is awesome, he answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable and informed about the procedure considering my dogs old age. I was in and out very quickly and my dogs teeth look better than ever before.

I came from San Antonio, to the H.E.C.Clinic on 10/17/20 to get my puppy miniature schnauzer’s ears cropped & tail docked. They did a FAST job, you’re in & out! (unless the person in front of you brings in their whole litter ud83dude44) His tail took the longest to heal, but as long as you’re cleaning both tail & ear stitches with alcohol, they will heal quick.nnAlso, There is a language barrier with the staff, so please make sure you understand the post care instructions.
