I arrived at Avis 30 minutes before they closed on a Sunday. I had no reservation and had just been left out to dry by one of their competitors. Right away Amber assured me that she would help me, and she did just that!nHaving car troubles several hours from home is not something anyone plans on. Amber’s willingness to help and assist me in a trying situation has made me a life long Avis customer. If I ever need to rent a car I will only do business with Avis, they’re really lucky to have a dedicated employee like Amber.
Cust service was great the vehicle was exactly what I asked for.
The customer service was fast and they allowed us to complete our travels needs without any problems.

The car was filthy, we were in a bit of a rush otherwise we would have switch the car. We just decided to wipe the car down ourselves. When we did the dirt that came from the seats, armrest and dash was disgusting. We explained to Eric when we returned the car and he was very apologetic.
