It was easy to reserve the vehicle online. They had what we needed and on time. We were able to return it with ease. We received our deposit back in a timely manner. The entire transaction with Enterprise was made super easy. We will definitely use again.

This is a great place to go if you want to do business with dishonest and misleading people!!!!! I was using insurance with them because my truck was in the shop. I was told that I would only have to pay $3 extra a day to upgrade my vehicle to a three-row vehicle that I really didn't like but I was okay with just paying $3 extra ...it is what it is ...but when the final bill came, I was charged $10 a day extra that added up to almost $300!!!!!! When I contacted the store, they just said oh I'm Sorry, they should have been more clear... we also charge taxes on the vehicle which brings your total to $10 a day ,your insurance doesn't pay these taxes... NO ONE EVER TOLD ME THIS FROM THE BEGINNING!!!!!!!!!! They were not willing to fix thier mishap. I'm very upset and I will NEVER ever use them again or recommend anyone use them.

Center was closed even though I booked at the location. I received a email saying they will contact you before pickup time to confirm. 30 minutes before pickup I called them (after not receiving one) to confirm. The associate said yes the confirmation was received and pickup time is fine,but it's not alot of workers so that why I didn't get a call. Fine no prob. I get to the enterprise and the light were out and THEY WERE CLOSED!!! I was going out of town within the hour on a 6 hour road trip. I wanted to be there before dark hence the 11am pickup. I called from the parking lot and operate said they've been closed since March so go to the next location. It was out of my way but I needed to leave. I go to the one on 45 feeder and they didn't have the car until after 3pm!!!! The manager said I have another vehicle upgrade for tomorrow....I will never use them again. At least 4 people showed up with the same problem,closed location so go to the nearest one. On top of that the car had California license plates,made noises,bad tires and the oil light had the nerve to come on day 2 of our trip!! Absolutely horrible service and unreliable raggedy vehicles.

When I picked up the car i noticed the gas tank was empty and had to immediately go fill it up. Also the car was a non-smoking car but smelt like someone had been smoking in it previously. I expected better.
