This location is AMAZING! It’s small which I feel like makes the process more personal and not rushed. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Mr. Oliphant handled our reservations and got us in and out in a great time. Definitely will be back. We we were very satisfied with our rental.
The experience was less than thrilling. I was late being picked up, there’s NO room in and out of the parking lot so had to wait for that. Got right up the street when I noticed the gas level in the car did not match what was on the paperwork. The paperwork said full, the car was actually on half. Like some other reviews have said, they should work on attitudes in the room and customer service.
The place is very small, they don’t have any customers parking, there’s only 2 spots and 1 was occupied, the 2 times I came to visit. Most of their staff is in a hurry and with a long face, they’re not very helpful, and when making them observations on your reservation, they try to explain, in the quickest way, on how the service is included only to verify in your printed document that it’s not. And having to come back and make them change it.
I was over charged for an Acadia. The guy had an attitude when we came to rent a vehicle. It took so long to deal with it, I came with, my documents in hand and the guy was not really working well with us. Due to the duration of my trip, I had asked if I could come back and down size for a cheaper rate. Even that explanation seemed difficult for him to explain. Will not use this location ever again! Oh and the vehicle was not clean, there was disgusting amounts of dirt and food found between the seats. We disinfected the vehicle ourselves.
Mr. Randle was very helpful and professional. I will definitely be back at this location whenever I need to rent a vehicle. Great service!!!
