The wings are fantastic! Pretty pricey (for wings), but totally worth it!

We loved it was so tasty! My 11month old son ate three beef raviolis off the kids menu. He's so tiny and these things were huge. It was so much fun to have this experience together as a family.nI had Chicken Marsala that was amazing! My husband ate a Stromboli. Overall the whole place, atmosphere, customer service, and food were amazing.nMy only complaint might have been because they were short staffed I couldn't order a salad. Guess what it didn't matter. I still left full, happy, and with lots of leftovers.

After placing my order, I received a call saying they were short on ingredients, so we updated the order. None of the boxes of wings had ranch which I was told was in the bag. Luckily, they suggested that I try the pizza with ranch, so I did end up with some ranch for the wings regardless if it was actually for the pizza. The Mama Mia pizza was crispy, but it tasted dry and had no flavor. I think the wings were fine, but I was really hoping for a better pizza.nnI was told that the staff is brand new and the owner was out of the country, so maybe that’s why the quality of the pizza was lacking. It will be a while before I give this place another try but definitely want to give it another chance.

You can’t get any worse customer service than this place. My family waited for over an hour while dining-in and received a cold greasy pizza after I asked about our order. I asked the manager for a refund because my family was tired of waiting and then receiving a cold pizza and the manger refused. He pointed out my US Army hat that I was wearing as if that had anything to do with his lousy service. As a side note, other people were complaining about cleanliness and the manager was argumentative to them as well. My family has been here many times but we will never return. There are plenty of places for pizza. 100% avoid if you’re a veteran.

Absolutely terrible Italian beef. Anywhere I order that, it’s for the meat slabs that you can satisfyingly bite into and proudly consider yourself a carnivore.nnThis place feeds you chewed up pieces of finely shredded beef like a mama bird regurgitated it into the bun.nnPlease consider placing solid meat into your sandwich and not a mushy sludge.nnI expected the pizza to include a pool of grease, but I didn’t know NYC Pizza is known for being burned.
