It was explained at the beginning that the restaurant was short staffed. We did wait to seat 8, but it was ok. Courtney was our server. What a freaking B! And yes, I do mean Beast. She handled us very well. Was very efficient, energetic, and professional. Squatted down to take my kids orders and made them feel important. Kept the Fab sweet tea flowing. Dishes removed every time she checked on us. Which was often as 2 more 4 tops were her tables next to us. Thank you Courtney for your kindness and genuine personality. I hope your company does you better than a pat on the back!

First time at a BJ’s and will probably never return.nAte Sunday late lunch and there wasn’t many people in the restaurant. Food came out cold, the waitress was asked for dipping sauces that took 20 minutes so the already cool food got colder. Then when we told the waitress about it she completely acted like she didn’t care. Terrible experience.

Food was good, drinks were good and we were having a great time til we got cut off. 3 drinks and 3 shots consumed over the period of 4.5 hrs doesn't seem enough to be cut off. I'd understand if we drank that in like 30 min or something....

Nick, without the glasses, lol Was an exceptional waiter he was kind, professional, super attentive, and knowledgeable made our first visit there (at the Shenandoah location) the most welcoming and pleasant of them all! And, I’ve been going to BJ’s for a couple of years. I encourage anyone, who has not had the opportunity, to have the dining experience that we had with Nick, to go try it out!!!!!!ud83dude0d You won’t be disappointed!

We had an exceptional waiter named Isaiah. He had a great sense of humor and made our time at BJs very enjoyable. There were quite a few of us and he didn’t miss a thing we asked for.
