Great customer service! I had an issue when my husband and I dined here for Valentine's Day. I wrote a review and was contacted by the General Manager, Jackie. She was absolutely wonderful! She addressed and apologized for the issue, she even gave us a gift card and asked us to come back. When we did return Jackie had informed Gustavo, the manager on duty, that we were coming and he took great care of us. Also, our server, Hailey, was very attentive and kind. I truly appreciate Jackie, Gustavo and Hailey for doing such a wonderful job. My husband and I had such a wonderful time and we felt like Del Frisco really valued us as customers. Jackie has really gone above and beyond regarding customer service and that means a lot to me. I will be coming back to this restaurant very often.

My experience here was NICE ud83dudc99❤. I came here for an Engagement party and the waiter we had was pleasant. Despite the issues that other guest had I still enjoyed myself. The service was a tad bit slow; but towards the end the Manager, Gustavo made up for it. The atmosphere is elegant, the dress code is casual for both men/women. This is definitely a spot I'd return to.

I had a absolutely fantastic time this evening. My server Jessica H. was able to see that I was having a hard week and was able to talk me through the experience that I wanted. She delivered a fantastic Barolo, that she suggested to let air for a bit to open. I was supper ecstatic with my love of wine. She suggested the charcuterie board for an appetizer to pair with the wine. Followed my their dry aged strip with a wonderful flavor to pairs with the wine again. She truly when above and beyond with her recommendations. Then she followed it up with great much needed conversations. Making me feel like I was with family and friends. She is one that can make a you turn your frown upside-down.

Service was very good. Food was excellent in most areas. One disappointment was the overcooked outsides of the steaks we had ordered one (1) Medium Rare and one (1) Medium . Both outsides were black and crisp. The taste was very good, but dry and not juicy. More well done than close to medium, much less medium rare.nnNext visit, will try to be even more clear with my preparation instructions on the outside and inside of my steak.

This place is a must! I´ve celebrated my wedding anniversary, my son´s baptism and yesterday we went back for a date night! Food is always delicious and the white sangria is my favorite drink. I missed my usual dessert but the coconut pie was fantastic! Congratulations to their Manager, Chef and Waiters for their excellent service (you rock!!!). I look forward to go back again. Thanks
