Called for a simple quote, what sounded like an older gentleman answered, I inquired about key fob programming and when I didn’t understand the price, he increased it!nn“I have have two key fobs to program, how much?”n- “They’re $150.”n“Ok, so $150 for both?”n- “No, they’re $185 each”n“I thought you said $150???”n-“You’re the one trying to change MY price!”nnSeriously sir!? Be more professional and a better communicator.
