When it comes to Doctor-patient relationships, Dr. Cherlo’s Office is all about what it benefits from you. Not how you benefit from them. I was at a point where I had to reschedule an appointment. No biggie. Then I had to call it off because I was currently doing a painstaking search for new health insurance because I was switching jobs and needed a new insurance policy because of that. They seemed to understand, or so I thought. I received two or three letters from their office that they are discharging me and that I should seek a different PCP. Well I had an issue pop up and decided I would see them as a walk in patient as a matter of convenience. Nope. They won’t see me. To top it off, they said the office manager was out and only that person could resolve the issue. Never mind my needs and concerns. There are plenty of better options in the nearby area. Pretty sure they’re all better. You can’t get any worse than this after all.

Positive experience. First time and he was a very caring and informative doctor. Good bedside manners. I was pleasantly surprised
