Dr.Steve Le has 3 locations. Cleveland, Coldsprings, and New Caney. He also has amazing staff. Super nurse practitioners and inhouse laboratories at all locations. So no matter your needs if Dr. Le isnt available someone is always able to see you. They make you feel like family. I suggest if you dont have a PCP you pick his offices to provide you with your needs. He accepts all insurance from Medicare, Texas Medicade, Humana, Aetna, BCBS, UNHC, and much more. Dr. Le is an acceptable doctor, but he is rarely there. Even if you schedule an appointment with him by name, about 75% of the time when you show up it will be another new, incompetent physician's assistant. Wait times are rarely less than an hour.nnThe staff varies between professional and rude, with Norma being by far the worst. Every time Norma has been there, she has been extremely discourteous.nnOverall, I would avoid this provider like the plague, even if you have to travel out of your way for a better doctor.

A little long but worth the read if you have or think you have LOW TESTOSTERONE DO NOT COME HERE. About 6wks ago I came in and had blood work done and found out I was low on Testosterone very Low my level was 49. The one and only thing about my visits I'm thankful for is they found out what I already suspected based on my symptoms and my own research. The nurse that took my blood was rude, and missed my vein multiple times which I have very large great veins I had a bruise on my arm for a week. Dr prescribed me a very low dose of testosterone that I took at home every week once a week. Checked my Testosterone levels again about 4wks later this is where things went more wrong. I was told my Testosterone level was around 380 which they deemed as normal for me being a 38yr old male. I'm not a dr and even I know this is low for my age definitely on the lower end. I pleaded with the dr and nurses that I'm still not rite, still tired etc. They wouldn't budge, wouldn't listen to me at all and absolutely refused to help me any further. I got my blood results and went to an actual Testosterone and hormone dr. First thing they did was test me and guess what? Yep I'm still low at 245 which isn't even in the normal range at all. They were professional, new what they were doing, gave me so much more information about my body, body fat, muscle percentages everything. I'm starting out at a dose 3-4 times higher than what this place in Cleveland offered. The place in Cleveland is a complete joke when it comes to Testosterone therapy otherwise know as TRT. Don't waste your time and money in this place. I'm not a dr, I'm not the smartest person by far and I know way more than they do about the subject not to mention I'm new to TRT and they supposedly have been giving guys TRT for years. I hope all of you men read this and go somewhere that can actually help you because I promise you rite now you aren't getting what you need.
