Personally I go their for my mom and they take excellent care of you. He is a tad bit fast though and you should have questions on a paper or something if you forget them when talking to him all in all he is highly rated in my book and ill be one of his patients here soon and will be able to give a better review of his office.

Literally one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in my life. From the receptionist to the Doctor Who hung up on me when asking about my prescriptions that They got wrong the month before. Seriously what does a paying customer have to do in order to find good quality care. You can hardly understand the broken English and he is not thorough at all. God forbid that you half to get your blood pressure taken or to find a weight scale that works. Computers down so every time you go in there you have to explain to them what it is that you’re there for like they’ve never taken a single note about the patient! After two visits it was enough for me and I am mediately change doctors and I am completely happy and satisfied with my doctor in humble. This was my first experience with moving to Cleveland. I highly recommend that no one goes to this clown.

I have been with Dr. Schaeffer for 15 to 20 years now. He has always seen me and my family and given my medications as needed. He is very professional and very dedicated to his patients. I hope to have him for my doctor another 20 years.

Best Primary Care Physician around. He truly cares about his patients and their family. Don’t listen to any of the negative reviews. You won’t find a doctor who cares more for your well being.
