John arrived at to our residence and was ready to work! We were excited to see a friendly face. He is always super friendly and professional at the same time. My hubby chatted with him as he worked on our safe and drilled out our lock and installed a new electronic lock. We look to Susan and John with any of our needs that they can offer services. My stepson lost the keys to his mustang, I left a message with area wide locksmith via email, after business hours. The next business day I was contacted early morning, they had everything to fix me up in stock and took care of it the same day. Very professional, excellent customer service, reasonable pricing.
