I had an appointment today and I was told that I they couldn’t see me because I had two insurances and both said primary. I told them that let’s just use one of them and they said that they couldn’t for I don’t know what reason. they did leave me a voicemail saying that I had to get that fix but they never said that if I didn’t get that fixed before my appointment that they couldn’t see me so they just wasted my whole day. I work Monday through Friday 8-5 PM And I specifically asked for the day off with PTO so now I have to regain PTO so I can come to their office again but honestly I don’t feel like coming here anymore because they weren’t very specific or helpful. And this issue about my insurances wasn’t a problem before because I was using them and they never told me this before and NOW they telling me this. it’s just so confusing.

Did not feel like they cared about what I was going through .they are very insensitive and all they care about is your insurance card .

Use to be a very good Doctor had our son there with him but won’t ever have another kid with him my wife keeps calling almost everyday saying that something might be wrong with her and they just keep telling her we’ll call you back she could be having a miscarriage and they don’t even have not one ounce of concern and they don’t even have a sonogram Technician they send us to radiology associates and they didn’t let no one with her in the room and when they couldn’t find the baby or the heart beat they didn’t seem to care just sent us on our way this is pathetic especially for the Christus Spohn Health System!!!!!!

I REFERRED MY SISTER TO HIM BECAUSE WE HEARD GOOD THINGS. ALL LIES. HE HAS DONE NOTHING FOR HER. SHE IS GOING TO BE 39 WEEKS SATURDAY AND HAS NOT HAD A SONOGRAM SINCE SHE WAS ABOUT 20 WEEKS. HOW IS HE SUPPOSED TO KNOW IF EVERYTHING IS GOOD TO GO IF HE HAS NOT CONFIRMED IT. THEY HAVE RESCHEDULED HER APPOINTMENTS SEVERAL TIMES. SHE SAID HE SPENDS LESS THAN 5 MINUTES IN THE ROOM WITH HER WHEN SHE ACTUALLY DOES GET TO SEE HIM. WHEN I HAVE GONE WITH HER THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY ESPECIALLY THE SONO TECH. OTHER THAN THAT HORRIBLE PATIENT CARE. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Dr Byod and his staff provide excellent service. He delivered my daughter and is going to deliver my son. He is the best obgyn in this area.
