I am in from out of town and I was more than pleasantly surprised with my experience in dealing with Dr. Morales. Contrary to one of the reviews I read, I also found his staff helpful and professional. I was in and out quickly and know that Dr. Morales prescribed the right medicine for my cold.nThank you to the staff and to Dr. Morales! I have already referred some of our crew members to your office.

Dr. Morales is not a Doctor at all he doesn't explain anything to his patients. And his staff is rude and won't pick up the phone the way they should.

I am new in the area looking for a MD Dr MORALES must be an amazing Dr., because they only take the first 7 patients early in the morning and on Thursday only 5 and close at noon. Not flexible enough for me.nOh yeah and there will be a line outside. Before they open WOW!!

Dr. Morales is an amazing Doctor. And I personally hate doctors. He really seems to care about his patients. I few years ago, I had gotten a sinus infection which turned into bronchitis after awhile. It was my first time ever being badly sick like that so I was a tad scared. It was around the time where swine flu was first introduced. Anyways, I didn't know what I had so I called several doctors hoping to get some advice. I also couldn't afford to see one. No insurance. Out of 8 drs that I called, he was the ONLY who called me back. Personally at that. And persuaded me to come in the next day. He saw me knowing full well I couldn't pay. Prescribed me medicines that I could easily get. And later, a couple months when I was hospitalized with pneumonia, he took care of me. So yes.... he is a GREAT doctor and a good man.

They never answer the phone. I literally sat in the waiting room and watched 3 nurses stand there as the phone rang. When you get sent off to do tests they don't fill it out properly. I had to wait for them to fax the proper paperwork so my insurance would cover it. Another time I was referred by dr morales to a neurologist about my upper back and arms. He sent the information to the dr but wanted tests done for my lower back and legs. I paid 50 dollars and wasted my gas time and money on a pointless test... guess what the nerves in my leg are fine. I kinda figured they were considering I don't have any problems with them.nWent to the ER for my upper back pain which was causing my arm to go numb. While there they find a lesion on one of my Ribs. I go to dr morales and he sends me to get a full body scan. (As recommended) and some blood work. Go in for a follow up and the nurse asks why I'm there ?? Seriously!? Then the dr comes in and scans over my test results for the first time and says everything looks normal I'll see you in 6 weeks for a follow up. I HAD TO ASK HIM about my blood work. Which he didn't even have with him or know the results. He walks out of the room and sends his nurse in to tell me everything came back Normal.nCrappy staff crappy dr. But the place looks fancy so if that's what you are cool with by all means.
