We love PA Rob Villarreal! PA Carrillo is also good. I’ve been taking my kids to see Villarreal all their lives.. I trust him & his opinion 100%.. he actually takes the time to discuss your concerns & explain things. Always hears me out as a parent. We drive from Harlingen to see him because I don’t trust anyone else. Front office is getting better.. they just need to work on the turn around time for paper work & such.. but that is minor, the best part of this practice is Villarreal.

OMG!!!! By the Grace of God he took care of my 1 yr old Grandson so nicely and who knew there was so many strains of strep throat? Best Pediatrician ever!!!! Thank you so much!!!! So friendly just love them!!!

They skipped my daughter. They put 3 patients before her. We were the last ones in the office when we were the first ones to arrive all because the lady in the front assumed it was just a TB reading!!! Next time do ur job and ask lady!

I have been taking my children here for less than 2 months and I loved it because PA Carillo was able to build a positive rapport with the both of them, they have excellent hours and they are open on the weekends. What I have had trouble with is the fact that I received a letter saying that they would no longer be willing to see my children and I have 30 days to find another pediatrician. The letter is dated Nov 5. I only received it yesterday through certified mail. The reason? “We have been unable to establish and maintain a satisfactory physician-parent relationship for the medical care of your children.” We barely met the actual physician 2 weeks ago. This letter is dated prior to that. The only negative encounters I have had have been with the front office staff both over the phone and in person. I was denied access to my sons medical records, and only after going back and forth with somebody about how that is a HIPPA violation, did I finally receive paperwork on the following visit. After inquiring about why I am receiving this letter now, nobody could answer me. After asking why I had not been told during any of the visits during the date of the letter, nobody could tell me. After asking to speak to somebody who could answer me instead of Viv going back and forth between somebody else in the back, I was ignored. When she returned, I was told that I had to speak to the office manager and that she would not be in until next Monday. Today is Nov. 29. The letter date is Nov 5. And from that date I have 30 days to find another doctor. I think that is cowardly, and no matter where the fault lies, including if it was something on my behalf, this should have been discussed prior to the letter. This could have been addressed before leaving me with no pediatrician. PA Carrillo has been the most impressive, patient and kind with my children and really made it a point to listen to my concerns. I am so deeply disappointed and outraged.
