Very good check point officers are very professional when I come by in a car very fast and they are very nice. The dog is well trained. When I come by in bus they treat everyone with respect. Due to COVID everyone has to get off the bus. They give you instructions and you follow in a very organized way they check everyone's papers they are just doing their job. One time I went to the trailer truck lane in my car by accident. Officer said your fine give him my passport and I was on my way.
We went through this check point this morning and two cars ahead of us, they checked this man's ID, another checked his trunk and next thing we know, the pull him from his vehicle, as other agents came running out from the building and the cuff and detain him. Not sure what the deal was but they wern' t playing around. Nothing out of line, just doing their job but it was one hell of a show.
All the agents were very professional and communicative. I have severe anxiety, PTSD, narcolepsy, bipolar, etc etc and each step of the way I asked “what is going on” and they explained everything to me. I was honest and polite and they got me a sweater from my car and encouraged me not to give up on my VA benefits. I am dumb but they were very professional and calm and I truly appreciate it! !

Very professional agents. We are Canadian and winter in the Texas RGV.nWe tell them that we're Canadians going back home, and we've never had a problem going thru.
