I had an 8:30 appointment. Called to say that due to extreme weather and road conditions, I was going to be maybe 5-10 minutes late. Was told my appointment would be cancelled if I was late. I explained I was already in route. Was “transferred” which disconnected me. Called back and was told I might be able to be seen at 10:15. Arrived 6 minutes late for my original appointment time. Waited 3 hours to be seen. The PA spent less than 3 minutes listening to me and did not order any bloodwork or anything. I told him I wanted an ultrasound done to find out what is going on with me and he did not want to order it. After convincing him, he did write the order, but would not have otherwise.nExtreme lack of professionalism! Had to pay up front and still do not know what is wrong with me! Came in for answers and still don’t have them!

Do not go to this so called dr office NO DOCTOR ON THE PREMISE

Long waits are to be expected at doctor’s offices anywhere, but I really didn’t have to wait long at all, in the waiting room or the exam room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Caring mindset. I definitely will be back.

You have to wait an extremely long time to be seen. The doctor will assess your problems and everything but if you happen to mention one more thing that you have forgotten to mention before he says that we are out of time. I have never heard a doctor say that to a patient before. When it came down to paying for the prescriptions at the front of the office I was basically called a liar from the woman at the front desk when I told her I paid less last time. We will not be going back to this place. I will find another doctor's office. Very disappointed. If I could give no stars I would.

I have a love hate relationship with this place. The doctors I have seen are amazing and very caring. The only thing that makes me cringe about this place is the wait. Why schedule an appointment at a specific time if they’re not going to abide by it? I wait practically an hour or more to be seen , and once I get a room, I wait another 30 mins to even talk to the doctor.
