I absolutely love this office. I am 21 i was seen by Dr Lewis as a newborn. When we moved to dallas my mom still made the drive to bring me here. I just had a daughter and i knew this is where i wanted to take her.

Would give them no stars if I could. First they don''t answer their phones and answering machine is full. You have to press 4 for the over night nurse to get any one to talk to and make an appointment. Front staff is horrible and lairs and VERY unprofessional. My daughter filled out ALL forms online from their website and submitted to them so I (Grandmother) could bring in my granddaughter (who had a temp of over 102 for three days).Her mother, my daughter works so it has been my job to take her to any and all doctors appointment since she was 2. First was told that insurance was not correct even though my daughter talked to insurance company for over an hour to get it figured out. We have just moved to a new area and had to change over primary doctor. That was not done so I had to call insurance company at the doctors office and do the front staff job. Than was told the online paperwork was only for printing out and bringing in BUT clearly on the website you submit the forms. On the paperwork it clearly states that I (Grandmother) can bring granddaughter to doctor as I have her whole life. There is a sign when you sign into be seen that if front staff doesn't like you and you get upset they will call the police so They most piss off a lot of people. No one cared about my granddaughter. The photos below are the submit form from their website and the Thank You page after you hit submit. Granddaughter was NOT seen and turned away with a high temperature because NO ONE know or cared to find out about the online submitted forms. Head lady just wanted to call me a lair. Horrible and very uncaring people people to work at a child's doctors office. Maybe because clinic is in a small town and cannot get competent help? Not sure but we just moved to area from Whitehouse TX which is much smaller and never had a problem. I hope the doctor is much better than the staff.

THIS IS THE BEST DOCTOR I'VE EVER HAD for my kids. Dr Lewis, and his staff, go above and beyond for both my 2 boys. My oldest has allergies/severe allergens/asthma/epilepsy. He is a PCP as well as allergy, and asthma, specialist. We've been coming here since 2013. He has helped my son regain some sort of normalicy through his allergy treatment specialized just for him. We decided to stay instead of moving just so he can continue to be under the care of Dr.Lewis. I wouldn't trust anyone else to care for my kids. The staff have really stepped it up at the front desk. They use to be really busy, and are a lot more organized now. We appreciate everything Dr.Lewis, and his team, does for my family.

I called in this morning frantic because i needed my child's shot record so i could enroll her in school today. They weren't even the clinic that did this set of missing shots BUT Claudia went above and beyond and pulled them up on the Texas Registry and printed and faxed them to me with no hassle! i am soo grateful for this clinic and people like Claudia that make my life as a busy working mom so much easier !!!

This place is amazing. Dr. Lewis and his team have gone above and beyond taking care of my kids. Unlike their old pediatrician who didn't care at all. Dr. Lewis is very thorough and so is his staff. I love the movie theme and so do my kids. Love this place.
