I had a blast here! Due to my own mistakes, I needed a lot of assistance coming in. I was under a lot of stress but I walked onto my plane with a smile on my face! Every worker was happy to be there and very happy to help!
Decent airport. Staff were helpful. No complaints.
To many roads at this airports. And they need a direct road to each terminal. The TSA lady checking passes before security is making a lot of problems for people. Made me open my carry on almost missed my flight And is not really annoying. And the security agent checking passes before security was giving passengers attitude
With no parking lot for departure , it's absolutely hard for some one to drop their loved ones and check their baggages if they r not familiar with Boston Logan airport . All formalities are entirely new , like getting bag tags using kiosk and then checking in the bags. The one key bad was the way to security check in gates . It's almost hidden like a maze behind all the airline check in counters. On top of this , the airport wheelchair workers are doing a very lazy job moving elderly travelers inside through the security check in gates .
Love this airport. Everything just works.
