My husband and I were needing a place to stay that had electricity because the power was off at our home. I cannot say enough good things about this park. The staff here were so very helpful and friendly. I have never stayed anywhere in all our travels where the staff was kinder. The residents as well were friendly and helpful. The park is clean and although our lot was small it was the only one available and had not been used in several years. . I would recommend this park highly to everyone. They made a special effort to get us into the park and comfortable.. thank you to everyone at split railsuch a nice place, I see why it was almost full. Stay here if you can .
Nice quiet Resort, but they do not mow sites very often, everything else was very clean though. I would strongly recommend it to everyone. Extremely friendly staff.

Safest park in the county. Closed and secure community 55 and older very kind and friendly people. Our first time to Texas and pleasantly surprised!
Spent winter 2019/20 and really enjoyed it.nLots of things to do and lots of great fun people to have fun with.nHope to go back again.
