My husband and I arrived for a 2 night stay. He was not at all well when we got here. He had to be hospitalized for a week. The staff was so kind and allowed us to stay until he was able to travel. This is a very nice rv park to stay awhile. Everything is very clean and the sites are nice. Kudos to Andy, the assistant manager for helping me and checking every day. The camp hosts are lovely and accommodating. I highly recommend Nature's Own.
Great place, helpful staff, super clean ,sites are a bit small but exceptionally clean and we'll kept. Amenities are very nice. Highly recommended. There is interstate traffic but didn't bother us.
My husband is a certified crane operator and assigned to a new job site right next to this RV Resort. This is a very beautiful, well maintained property. We always like to stay at resort RV properties preferably with a locked gate. The gate is left open at this location. The amenities are very nice. There is a laundry room area, an exercise room, and a meeting or gathering room that could be used for social functions. There were donuts in this room one day when I walked over to get a cup of coffee. The RV next to me has a little dog that barks nonstop when he is allowed outside. So this could be an issue if you are not a barking dog lover.nThere is a very nice fenced in area for beloved pet dogs. They have the run of this area for their leisure and they can bark happily as much as they want too. Outside is an ice maker for your convenience and a mailbox for outgoing mail. I have seen Fed Ex and Amazon delivery trucks inside the RV parking area. Masks are mandatory so make sure you have yours in hand if you plan on entering the main building/ Office. There is a major hospital nearby, Walmart, numerous big box stores, a Vet, restaurants to numerous to list. Eg: Denny’s, Applebee’s, Starbucks!!, Etc. Google restaurants nearby. There are many!nAnd there are great site seeing opportunities.nThe King Ranch is great for sightseeing.nThere is a log cabin as you enter the property where you can watch a free video on the history of this great family and additional opportunities to go out on guided tours for a set amount. Souvenirs are sold here and also books for sale. You can check out the literature here to see how much the different tours are. There is a King Ranch store in town where you can purchase leather goods and souvenirs. There are many places to go see so either Google tourist information on King Ranch or pick up some literature at the RV officeud83dude42
I have been at this rv park for 2 years and have had the best experience with the staff here I am a college students and my parents don’t live in Kingsville. Staff here come whenever I call, wether it’s if I need help with my camper or just have question. I highly recommend this rv park for short term and long term stays!
The people, the park the amenities and security are the best of the best. HOWEVER, if you need internet forget about that. We just paid them close to $700 for last months electric and this months rent and you’d think with a park of this great caliber you get at least half decent internet. NOT. Most days we can’t even get 1mb in speed when I know the homes around us are paying less then $60/month for well over 100/mb per month. Sometimes we can’t even read our emails. Why the owner can’t kick in a little more money each month to improve the speed of the internet in the park totally baffles me. It just does not make sense??????
