Lucky Foot Massage

I read reviews and saw that walk-ins were welcomed, so I drove from SPI to get a massage. When I arrived, I called the business to ensure they were in fact open. I was told they were open and was promptly let in to the lobby. The receptionist (who I later found out was the owner) charged me $50 for an hour long massage. She told me after I paid that the therapist was on her way and that it would be about 5 minutes before the massage would start. 15 minutes later, the therapist finally showed up. The massage was decent, but definitely could have used more pressure. About 20 minutes into the massage the therapist left the room and came back with foot scrubs (which is usually done at the end of the session). I said nothing and let the massage continue. Sure enough, after only 30 minutes, I was told the massage was over. I let the therapist know I paid for the entire hour and she said she would have to call the owner. The owner admitted to misinforming the therapist about the correct length of the massage. I was offered to receive the remaining 30 minutes, however the therapist had already finished and ended with a scrub. I was already behind schedule because the therapist was late. I asked to receive a refund of the difference in price from an hour massage to a 30-minute massage. The owner agreed and said she processed the refund over the phone. No refund or price adjustment was made. Money was STOLEN from me. This is a shady business run by an incompetent woman. Total lack of professionalism paired with a mediocre massage made this experience one of the worst ever. Don't WASTE YOUR MONEY here.

The worst massage I have ever received! The lady who did my massage did not know what she was doing! I feel worse than when I went in. She applied waaaaaay to much pressure with her elbow in my back, I had a deep tissue FULL BODY MASSAGE and 45 mins was spent on my back and she rushed through the last 15 minutes. If you want to be in pain then by all means come to this place. If you want a great massage go somewhere else. I ABSOLUTELY HATED MY MASSAGE!

I've been here several times this month with Abby and Jessica and have been completely satisfied with their excellent service! They offer such reasonable prices without even having to use coupons of any type. It is only $48 for a 1-hour massage and $72 for a $90-minute massage. That's almost as cheap as you can get get in Mexico but a lot cleaner, and they take much better care of you!nnAbby and Jessica have been wonderful! Instead of doing the same repetitive routine and sequence that many therapists do for everyone, they take the time to ask what areas you would like them to focus on before they start. Then they actually work on those areas!!! I prefer swedish which is more relaxing for me personally. When I go out of there, I'm always feeling really great thanks to those two amazing therapists. Thank you, Jessica and Abby! I'll be seeing you at least twice a week!

Clean place, polite massage therapist. However, she was on her phone during my massage almost the whole time! How is that possible you ask? Well I only got the foot massage and she would use one hand to rub and the other was operating the phone! Very aggravating!! Then when she was done I asked to add a $5 tip even though I felt it was unsatisfactory and she acted angry when I said to add $5!! Really??

I had a nice deep tissue relaxing massage. I'll be back soon. My therapist Azucar was very good and professional.
