Arrived at our kids new rental home and found that the inside deadbolt had been engaged (they had left through the garage door) and the garage door opener didn't work. Called C & S Locksmith and they promised someone would arrive within 45 minutes. In about a 1/2 hour someone arrived and worked diligently to get us into the house. Prompt. Polite. Professional. Personable. Patient. Soon enough he had us inside! Really appreciate the great work. While I hope we never need a locksmith again, if I do - will definitely call C&S!
Steve responded to my need promptly with true professionalism and helped with my house lockout. He was courteous and extremely efficient, I'd definitely recommend them to all family and friends. I greatly appreciate his service!
