1291/5000nIncredible experience!! Make an appointment at 1 pm 10/14/20 to see a new dr in town from the South Texas Health System Clinics. Dr. Abdias Etienne, in front of Walmart de Alamo. But they don't let you in the offices and the door is closed. They told me from inside that I have to speak on the phone inside the building. But nobody answers the phone !!! I knocked on the door several times and a woman came out. She interviewed me at the door, but in order to see the Dr or enter the building to have a simply interview, I have to bring a recent covid test and I have to call my insurance first because I have to make sure that the insurance covers me before seeing the Dr. (They assume you're not going to pay them). I told her that I did a Covid test three weeks ago and one on Saturday 10 at Renaissance hospital and they were negative. But she asks I have to go to the Hospital to bring the test result and I have no idea where to go to request it because an office takes the tests for the purposes of their surgery only. After 15 minutes of being at the door and asked by two assistants asking the same questions, I get frustrated and give up explaining again why I want to see Dr. This has to stop, they cannot treat you as merchandise and see only $$$
