I had a wonderful experience at the Iglesias Medical clinic. From the office receptionist to the nurse and finally Dr. Montes, I encountered professionalism and thoughtful medical care. They tended to my needs promptly. I am grateful for their service to our community.

Horrible service, was one of the first ones here and waited an hour and a half just to call back and find out they had the wrong number. I gave them my correct number three times and they still had it incorrect on file , won’t be going back and I wouldn’t recommend anyone going either. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY !!!

I couldn’t be more disappointed... I had called a week prior just to verify that the insurance I have was accepted , they agreed and told me yes. I also verified with my insurance to make sure, they seemed to be in network providers, So I set up an apt they called me a day before my apt verified again and at the time of the apt they declined my insurance. The staff should be more informed as to what insurance are accepted. I’ve been to this providers office prior as well didn’t expect this from them. and they let me down.nurse rep. Ladies are nice but not well informed please educate them more ... Moral of this situation is please ask &reassure with this office before you make the drive out to your apt.

Called my mom to tell her she had to go in for a consult. Had her wait in the car for 2 1/2 hours. Finally mom went in to ask how much longer to be seen. Had her pay and told her to go home and she would get a call for a telemedicine appointment. I understand patients with set appointments get taken care of first and walk in’s get seen as they can be fitted in but a patient should not wait that long to be told they will be seen as telemedicine consult. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

I showed up as a walk in, no appointment, called in to be put on the list just after 5pm, I give my copay over the ph at 6, there's a few patients in front of you they say, the nurse calls me at 7 to get the reason for my visit, 7 30 and all the cars and people there waiting are gone, I am the only one waiting, 8pm I ask how much longer I have to wait and the person asked everything the nurse had asked earlier, they didn't even know I was there waiting and she says there s few patients in front of you.. there hadn't been anyone in there for over 30 minutes.. no cars in the lot, the lights are out..
