We have been winter texans at this resort for 13 years. We love the park. The staff are more than helpful. The people are all friendly and fun. If you can't find something to do at this park there's something wrong. there are so many amenities. Cheers!

Ok, but the park is real old. Staff was friendly, but residents weren't. If we return, we'll stay in the McAllen/Mission area, where there's much better shopping and environment.

The people here were very friendly and helpful. The park was old and the RV spaces were very small. We felt it was more like a mobile home park with some RV spaces. Very little grass but a nice dog park. Next time in the area we will be looking at other options.
