WORST CUSTOMER SERVICEnnI LITERALLY HAVE TO CALL 20 TIMES TO TRY TO GET THROUGH AND STILL WITH NO ANSWER. I UNDERSTAND YOU ALL ARE BUSY BUT THERES PATIENTS LIKE ME WHO NEED APPOINTMENTS TO GET SEEN NEVER AGAIN. YOU'LL BE LOOSING ME AS A PATIENT

They always tell you the same answer. We have not received the paper work, they haven't called us and we have send the information already. All lies. My father had to be reschedule for an eye surgery two times due to them. They make you wait for hours to be seen and you see the P.A.'s. Even if patient request to be seen by the doctor ONLY

I think it’s a bad service for a medical professional to take in too many patients and not provide the appropriate service to their patients. My father has been a patient for over 20 years and came in at 12:00; he had fatigue, disorientation and shortness of breath. Clearly I should have raced to the hospital but he’s 83 years old and strong willed. He insisted on seeing Dr. Fuentes first. We were asked to take a seat and wait our turn because the doctor needed to go to lunch first. No exceptions! There is absolutely no personal care or compassion in this facility. You will just be a number. This is the first time my father comes in distressed and the staff and doctor showed no empathy. Heartbreaking.

RIDICULOUS...here for only blood work and have been waiting for an hour and still waiting! The waiting room is full with some patients waiting standing up. Never again.
