Elyon USMLE STEP 1 Review

I signed up for the complete review, where on the website it states that classes would be held for 2hrs , 3x per week, however lots of our classes were around 35 minutes, the instructor went on a week long vacation to Las Vegas, he did not care about my education, he just kept rescheduling class because he did not feel like working, at this time, I had already made 2 payments. I realized that he didn’t feel like teaching and cancelled the course and I asked for a refund for my second payment seeing that he did not live up to his end of the bargain and he refused to give a refund. This company has a no refund policy, and there is nothing in the agreement that protects the consumer in the case that he is negligent in doing his job. Also this company is a one man show, the tutor owns the company but pretends as if he is working for a group of people that run the company, this explains why he felt comfortable to go on vacation while we were supposed to be conducting classes. Everything happens for a reason, he gave me a list of topics to look up for every class, demanded that I knew everything in detail without looking at my notes, which I was able to do more than half of the time and sometimes i knew the material but had to refresh my mind by looking at the material, basically he didn’t teach me anything, I did all of the work and he just took my money. I hope the next student he works with have a better experience than I did. Also the price of this course is really good, so put 2 and 2 together, how can you have one on one tutoring for such a good price, this guy is working for himself, a company with a complete staff would not be able to fund its operations by having such low prices, compared to its competitors, ud83eudd37ud83cudffd‍♀ufe0f. Also I have screenshots of everything, I’ve mentioned, I’m stating this because once the tutor/owner is confronted about something, he quickly goes to his website and change up the information so that he won’t be liable for the info. I could go on and on about what I’ve researched about this company but, I will leave it at here for now.
