I absolutely love this place. I receive a worm welcome every single time. The staff really knows there stuff and are willing to help at any moment. Always a pleasure to come in.
Very friendly, knowledgeable, and awesome staff. Would recommend you go to this particular PetCo. It feels less corporate than the other ones.
I was looking for an item I had seen in this store during a previous visit and an associate approached me and offered assistance and knew exactly where the item was that I was looking for. He was very helpful and the cashier was really friendly and explained to me the return policy during these hard times. She was very sweet.
Never ever will I go back to this store again and Petco. Only would go to once in awhile due to convenience. Just walked in with my mask on and had to tie my shoes. So, I bent down and in order to see I took my mask off to tie my laces. And how I was welcomed/greeted from an employee, whilst I was bent down tying my laces, was “...can I put on my mask.” So I looked at her, put on my mask, stood up and walked out the door. Funny how one bad experience can turn people off from a company all together.
Very impressed with the young women that have tender hearts and understanding when it comes to the animal word..nnThx. Again
