They took 20 minutes for the bus to come pick us up after parking my car with my family of four in tow. I was flying internationally and the delay caused us to miss our flight as we did not meet the one hour arrival cutoff. I went to retrieve my car within an hour of parking and was told I still had to pay the full fee, even though their delay caused me to miss the flight. The manager did not seem to care or make things right. No apology, just $9.30 for 50 minutes of parking. I used to park here every time I took a flight but will never be back due to the terrible service I received.

I parked at Key Parking 9-23-2020, for 1 day and paid $5.57. I parked there 10-1-20 for 1 day and paid $18.59. When I questioned the price difference at checkout, the lady at the window started yelling at me. I only asked her why was it so much more for just 1 day? I am a Senior Citizen, and all I did was ask a question. She yelled at me twice and talked to me in a very rough manner. I gave her my credit card, paid the $18.59, I was tired from my flight. I called back Oct 4, to talk to a manager, not there so I left my name and number. Today is Oct 6, and I am still waiting for a Manager to call me back to explain the pricing, and to discuss why his employee yelled at me constantly. Don't park here, go to Fast Park.
Idk what everyone is complaining about. No issues at all. Driver was helpful with luggage and they honored my groupon voucher. Houston location *
