The process was very quick and simple from drop off to pick up. The shuttle driver was amazing coming and going and picked us up immediately from both the lot and the airport. Shuttle driver was a heaven sent helping us with our bags and had outstanding hospitality. We would use Fast Park again for sure.
Excellent service provided. As we park in covered spot, shuttle bus waiting near us for easy loading. Straight away to airport. Upon return, shuttle bus waiting as we leave baggage area door, directly back to our car. Will use for all future parking needs.
Wonderful experience as always. Prompt service. Following COVID-19 protocols and social distancing. Been a loyal customer since 2018.
I highly recommend Fast Park & Relax. I never have to wait for a shuttle to pick me up at my car. The airport is 5 minutes away. I am usually picked up within 5 minutes from the airport. The drivers are friendly and helpful. I can make a reservation, and I earn points for free stays. Checkout is usually quick and easy. My car has always been safe. Pre-COVID water when exiting was nice.
Can't go less than one star but, if i could i would. I parked my truck there from a Friday to Wednesday and parked along the fence as i was told to. Well during the time it was there someone stole my tool box as well as the tool box. The tool box was bolted to my truck. It was parked along the fence by the main gate. The corporate office told me my claim was denied because it is a park at your own risk facility. the person i spoke with actually laugh when he said people are bad and they will find ways to get into the GATED parking lot. The General Manager at the location was very nice but, will NEVER use them again.
