Esmy's Reception Hall

Esmy’s Reception Hall exceeded my needs for my son’s 3rd birthday party! Originally we had the party scheduled for May but since the whole pandemic happened we had to rescheduled it, she understood completely and we changed the date. In our package everything was included from decorations, food, Dj, piñata, little desserts I mean everything! My guest loved the food! We totally recommend their hall!

If I could give 0 stars I would.nOn Sunday May 24th I went to Esmy's reception hall to discuss packages they had because I was looking for a package to meet my needs for my baby shower.on that day we just discussed the different packages she offered and I left because I had other small halls I was considering and wanted to shop around. She gave me a contract not signed with the things that would come with the package for the party. On Friday May 29th I send a message via text letting the owner know I would like to book with her she asked me what date I wanted & i choose July 25th and she asked for a $300 deposit. On Tuesday June 24th she send a message asking if I could send money towards my party and letting me know my balance was still 1957.00. The next day on June 25th I send her a $500 payment to go towards the balance. On June 26th they announced the code red alert due to covie-19 and advised to cancel parties and gatherings. I messaged the owner via text asking what would happen and if I could get a refund. She then replied letting me know she does not refund money back that I had to choose a date next year for a party or give my contract to someone else if I didn't want to lose my money But on the Contract it states i will lose deposit it doesn't state I will not get a refund of my money. On the contract it only statesn- Renters will be liable for any physical damages on the propertyn- Renter shall remove all personal belonging trash and other items that where not present in the venue when was rented - Event is to be paid in full 3 weeks prior to the event daten- Deposit is Non refundable with any cancelationn- Security deposit is $200 and it is refundable 3 to 7 days after the event if there is no damagesn- Beer is allowed at renter full responsibility. If we have to clean any throw up etc caused by drunks you can lose deposit at esmys discretionn- Esmys is not responsible for anyone getting hurt or injured for any reason in the hall or parking premisses.

There was a party for a kid, they took care of everything... It was a kids party but they seemed a bit bored and the entertainers were mostly entertaining the parents. Good food, awesome hidden restrooms with changing table.

I went to a friends bday at this location and the place was adorable, it was spacious and well decorated. This hall provides many services, food pand decorations and much more. It also was well ventilated which is a big deal when you have many people I would highly recommend if you are thinking of having a big event.

Very poor music. Very, very poor music. FIND a DJ. You have to fix it up the way you want it.
