The lady who answered the phone today was extremely rude and spoke over me. She assumed she knew my situation before I could finish speaking. I stated I did not have the original car key in progress. She asked me where I was located and I told her I’m leaving the dealership I can stop by. She responds so you do have an original key if you’re on your way. I cut her off and told her I am obviously getting a ride and she should wait until customers finish speaking then she would know instead of assuming. Then I hung up. Sad case. The dealership recommended that company but I will never do business with them. The dealer charged $20 to cut the key anyway. B and L said 90$ to cut the key only. Poor. I rather ride around looking for masks than do service with B and L. And that’s what I did.
