It was very difficult to get an appointment, unfortunately I believe it was a result of staff being inadequately trained. Parking is tight.nThe doctor at this location would definitely get 5 stars. He was friendly and listened well and did not seem to be in any type of rush.nUnfortunately it took many calls to follow up and get a drs note. Baylor scott definitely need to train the staff better who answers the phones and makes appointments.

Finally a site with a great FP doctor. Would highly recommend this place for your primary care choice. No more lo trips t north Austin just for labs.
