Had an unexpected experience just now with the police department. Whomever answered the phone was extremely rude. I called to ask a question and the officer that answered didnt give me his name just told me that they have nothing to do with it and hung up on me. That was not any type of service much less any help. They need to practice work Ethics!!! How RUDE!!!
My mom told me that a few years ago my dad tried to kill her near by this place, she was scared so of course like any person would do, she ran to this place seeking for help but the police officers weren't so helpful, my dad yelled threats in front of them and all they did was laugh, I can't believe this. I thought that Police Officers are supposed to protect people in danger and help them not laugh at them. I can only imagine how humilated my mom must've felt. At least the Pasadena Police know how to do their job correctly since my mom filed a report and they quickly took action on her case and my mom finally got justice.
