CVS

The store is just not inviting. It seems like its never cleaned the carpet was replaced so the bad smell is gone however it still needs to be vacuumed daily. The counters are not been disinfected or even wiped. To validate my experience when I visited the store a week ago there were some bottles on the counter one week later I went back and they were still on the counter, and no they are not for a display.

Not only have I been a loyal customers. I remember when Cynthia and Brenda were pharmacy techs with the best customer service you deserve. Never were they rude to me but as the years passed Cynthia and Brenda left. Time went by and everything was very professional. Then CVS got a new pharmacy techs and I am going to say it. This one girl looked and acted shifty. To say the least she almost had me arrested because she thought I had disrespected the lady pharmacies. I told her I have manners and would not speak to a lady like that. Not a girl that doesn't have trouble to make something like that up. I would not have a problem but I would of really like to of said it to her boyfriend. I definitely don't have a problem with that. The male pharmacist told me he would take care of that but every time i went she made sure I would waste time. I left it like along and I heard she got caught stealing medication from CVS. I wish i could of been there. But now I get attitude from female pharmacist telling one story when the girl told me something different. I understand things happen and I am very patient but when you lie to me and scream and have and attitude that is too much. I have never been rude. When Cvs makes mistakes with my medication, I do not loose my temper. I don't know what has happened to customers service but I am not returning. People are just too rude and if they were hot. I would actually put up with it but they aren't. Lol

This CVS store at the intersection of Broadway & Belfort is clean with good merchandise presentation. I received friendly service.nnEveryday CVS prices are a little high, but they have a weekly ad with hundreds of items on sale. I really like the CVS ExtraCare program. I have saved a good deal of money over the years.

I had to call the pharmacy to find out when my meds would be ready (I'm supposed to take them everyday and I've been out since Friday). The tech told me Monday because they didn't have it in stock. Before I could ask another question, she hung up on me. I called again to speak with the manager, was on hold for another 15 minutes and finally got an answer. A different tech answered (very welcoming and nice) and sent me to the manager. When the manager answered, it was the first tech I had spoken with. Awesome. So I tell her that her she hung up on me and that her customer service needed to be better. She told me she that I was done talking and that's why she hung up? Didn't say bye, have a good day.. Anything. I begin to explain that was not the best way to do business, she then hung up on me again. After this time I refuse to ever go to another CVS. This is my first time using CVS and this is how I'm being treated? Completely ridiculous.
