STAY AWAY, PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!nnThis place reminds me of those free government clinics where waiting to see the Doctor takes hours and the service from the techs or MAs are horrible. Maybe they're underpaid and that's why they barely try.nnMy mom has been struggling not so much with the Drs. but with the lazy nurses or assistants. I've been begging my Mom to change PCP; however, due to the closeness of the clinic to her house she doesn't want to change even knowing the service she gets from the techs is horrible.nnGetting them to sent out a referral is close to impossible. They hardly ever return calls and many times won't answer phone calls.nnMy mom's nurses have been leaving messages to schedule an appt. because of a possible infected sore for several days and no response. I tried and now they don't answer.nnThank GOD this isn't my PCP and I don't wish this to anyone. If possible, look elsewhere. This is Houston not a 3rd world country so we have many options.nnI've been wanting to post a comment for years, but today I said enough is enough.

He was my doctor for over a year however i never met him in person, the NP attended me in all the appointments, I had to call for a refill but this doctor no longer works in the location / clinic I visit, basically I was abandoned by my doctor, so now I have to get a new doctor in the same clinic or go with Anibal as new patient which obviously I wont do.

Hello doctor. I went to the clinic about 3 weeks ago. I was referred by Sonia. I was a little hesitant because of some of the reviews but she reassured me that your clinic provides great medical care so I decided to give it a chance. You clinic is close to where I work and I was able to get in on the same day I called.nnI am glad I did go and I wanted to share with you my thoughts of your staff. From the top to the bottom your staff has been wonderful. Always courteous and professional. My first conversation was with Aide and she was absolutely very friendly, professional and extremely helpful on the phone. Then the day of my appointment I met a lady with a unique name I can’t remember, she checked my blood pressure and she was very nice. I also met William and he was nice and informative about the testing I needed. He made me feel comfortable with the process so I was able to get over the initial weirdness of it all. I feel much better thanks to you. I just can't tell you enough how well of a business you are running. Thank you again for taking care of my medical needs.

By far the worst dr.office every visit the wait is extremely long then the Dr.has bad beside manners, I mean as a patient with many health scares already then come to a place that suppose to give you comfort and relief and to be treated with no level of care is not the hands i feel comfortable with my health.Ihealth.I think its time for retirement gone ahead and pass the torch.

Great Service! Dr. Rossel really cares about his patients needs and takes the time to listen to them. I took my mom here and she told me she felt cared for unlike other places were doctors do not take the time needed with you. Strongly recommend! :)
